West Hartford's only Life Plan Community offers a variety of wellness programs including health assessments, dietary consulting, fitness classes, and access to in-apartment personal care. Assisted living apartments are available, and residents have access to physician services as needed. Skilled nursing care is provided on campus at Saint Mary Home.
